Testing: Labs & Certificates of Analysis
50 Aminos' COA library on its own site links 59 certificates, 56 of them distinct, from ILS Laboratories and Horizon Analytical; the library page itself names no laboratory. The ILS certificates print HPLC purity, net peptide content, identity, an ICP-MS screen for arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead, sterility by PCR and endotoxin. The Horizon certificates print purity, identity and quantity.
Prof. Peptide found four of these certificates at the laboratories' own lookups on October 28, 2026, each issued to 50 Aminos: two at Horizon Analytical's public certificate search and two at ILS Laboratories' portal. The ILS certificate for SS-31 (Aminos-31) 50 mg prints 99.19% purity, 51.99 mg net content, endotoxin of 0.089 EU/mL, no growth on sterility and no heavy metals detected; the one for Aminos-TZ 30 mg prints 99.66% purity and 30.96 mg net content. The rest of the library was not looked up.
