Testing: Labs & Certificates of Analysis
NOVA Labs publishes a Batch Testing Results table linking each peptide's per-batch Certificate of Analysis, so researchers can confirm a specific lot before purchase. On 14 October 2026 the table listed reports from five laboratories, each peptide row with a link to the issuing laboratory's own verification page. NOVA Labs states that its batches tested since 8 July 2026 pass heavy-metal, endotoxin and sterility testing.
The Janoshik reports state purity (typically ≥99%) and measured peptide content and are individually verifiable at janoshik.com/verify using a unique key and QR code; each report also carries a Janoshik task number and the NOVA batch code. NOVA Labs states that its products are analyzed by accredited third-party laboratories, with HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, to ≥99% purity. The Janoshik reports reviewed confirm purity and content but do not print the analytical method or an accreditation mark. The Vanguard Laboratory reports, released 31 August 2026, give identity, chromatographic purity and quantity by HPLC-UV/VIS and resolve on Vanguard's own verification site.

Payment and shipping
NOVA Labs accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tamara Pay in 4, cryptocurrency and cash on delivery for eligible UAE orders per its FAQ.
NOVA Labs delivers within the UAE and ships to Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Delivery to Dubai and Sharjah is AED 30, free from AED 400 on eligible orders; the other emirates are AED 60, free from AED 800. NOVA Labs states that UAE orders placed by 6:00 PM UAE time are usually delivered the next business day, cooled and tracked, and that the western regions take two to three working days in standard packaging. Pre-filled pens and nasal sprays always use the paid cooled-delivery rate and are delivered within the UAE only.
Shipping to Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia is AED 80 by tracked standard courier, usually in five working days, with any duties or import taxes paid by the recipient. Orders are normally prepared within one business day of confirmed payment, there is no dispatch on Sundays or UAE public holidays, and orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.
All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Items damaged in transit, defective, wrong or missing are reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and NOVA Labs then sends a replacement or refunds the original payment method. An order can be cancelled until its shipping label is created.
