Chromate

Updated

Hudson, NH

Identity

  • Chromate’s contact page gives its location as Hudson, NH 03051. (Source: chromate.org/contact, read October 21, 2026.)
  • Its home page describes it as an analytical-services laboratory for dietary supplements, based in the USA, and states that through the “Chromate Testing Project” it performs unannounced testing of products. (Source: chromate.org, read October 21, 2026.)

Accreditation

The pages of chromate.org read on October 21, 2026 (home, about, contact) state no laboratory accreditation.

How verification works

Chromate states that test results are made available from the Verify portal on its site. Its certificates print a job number and an access code; chromate.org/verify returns Chromate’s own image of the report for a matching pair, and returned “Report # … or Access Code … is invalid.” for an invented job and for a real job with its code changed by one character (Prof. Peptide, October 8, 2026).

A match confirms the report is Chromate’s own record for that job; it does not confirm chain of custody between the tested sample and a specific vial.

Certificates Prof. Peptide matched at Chromate

7 certificates from 4 vendors, each found at Chromate’s own lookup after that lookup refused an invented code, and counted by the same rule as the vendor’s verification panel.

Tests reported on the matched certificates

As the certificates above report them. A test absent from this list was not on these certificates; it says nothing about what Chromate offers.

Purity (HPLC) · Net peptide content · Quantity per unit (HPLC) · Identity · Appearance · Heavy metals (method not printed) · Sterility (culture screen) · Endotoxin (LAL)

Limitations

  • Prof. Peptide checks certificates through the same public lookup a reader would use, and has not visited the laboratory or observed testing directly.
