Identity

  • Freedom Diagnostics’ home page gives its address as 133 Holiday Ct Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067 (labelled “New Location”) and states that it was established in 2023. (Source: freedomdiagnosticstesting.com, read October 21, 2026.)
  • It describes itself as a purity-testing laboratory for research-use-only peptides and lists purity (HPLC), identity (LC-MS), net content, endotoxins, sterility (PCR), conformity (additional vials from the same lot), heavy metals and a fentanyl screen, with pH analysis on request. (Source: freedomdiagnosticstesting.com, read October 21, 2026.)
  • It states that every certificate it issues includes both HPLC purity and LC-MS identity, and that it has no vendor affiliations. (Source: freedomdiagnosticstesting.com, read October 21, 2026.)

Accreditation

Freedom Diagnostics’ certificate lookup page states “Compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management Principles” and “Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Quality Standard Principles”. Neither that page nor the home page, as read on October 21, 2026, states an ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation or names an accrediting body.

How verification works

Freedom Diagnostics’ COA Look Up page searches by Search Code, accession number or company name, and explains the Search Code as the first four characters of the client’s company name followed by the accession number, printed in the top-right table of each certificate. The lab serves each certificate as a PDF at coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com/<Search Code>.pdf. Every certificate it serves names the client it was issued to.

A lab-hosted copy confirms the certificate is Freedom Diagnostics’ own record for that accession, including its client; it does not confirm chain of custody between the tested sample and a specific vial.

Certificates Prof. Peptide matched at Freedom Diagnostics

139 certificates from 46 vendors, each found at Freedom Diagnostics’ own lookup and counted by the same rule as the vendor’s verification panel.

Found at the lab under another client name

These certificates are on Freedom Diagnostics’ own records, but the client those records name is not the vendor, so they are not counted as matched for it.

Tests reported on the matched certificates

As the certificates above report them. A test absent from this list was not on these certificates; it says nothing about what Freedom Diagnostics offers.

Purity (HPLC) · Net peptide content · Identity · Appearance · Fentanyl screen · Heavy metals (ICP-MS) · Sterility (PCR) · Endotoxin (USP <85>) · Endotoxin (method not printed)

Limitations

  • Prof. Peptide has not checked Freedom Diagnostics against an accrediting body’s directory.
  • Prof. Peptide checks certificates through the same public lookup a reader would use, and has not visited the laboratory or observed testing directly.
