- Partner Team. Questions, payout disputes, tracking concerns and appeals go to the Frontier Aminos Partner Team at support@frontieraminos.com.
- Partner dashboard. Clicks, orders, commission and payout status, updated daily and exportable.
- Creative kit and certificate library. Product renders, label macros, spec sheets and compliant copy blocks, plus the HPLC and mass-spec documents for any batch a partner references.
- Support by tier. The Partner tier (12.5%) adds a priority support queue; Senior (15%) adds a named partner manager and early access to new compounds; Laboratory (18%) adds co-branded documentation and negotiated bulk terms.
- Creative review. Frontier Aminos states that it reviews creative on request and says what needs to change before it affects a payout.

Promotion rules
- Research-use notice. Content promoting Frontier Aminos products must carry a reasonably visible research-use notice in the same content; the terms give “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.” as an acceptable notice (§7).
- No health claims or dosing. No therapeutic, weight-loss, performance, hormonal or anti-aging claims, no claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, no medical advice, and no dosing, injection, administration, reconstitution or treatment instructions (§7).
- No human use. Research products may not be presented as approved for human consumption or therapeutic use, and personal administration of a product may not be depicted or described (§7).
- Accuracy. Statements must rest on information Frontier Aminos has made public or approved; testing, purity, availability, pricing, discounts and promotions may not be misstated, and personal commentary must be kept distinct from official Frontier Aminos information (§7).
- Audience. Promotional content may not be directed primarily at minors or at anyone under 21 (§7).
- Disclosure. The financial relationship must be disclosed where law or platform policy requires it, consistent with FTC endorsement guidance, and placed near the link, code or recommendation rather than in a comment, a bio or the end of a caption. The terms’ examples include “Affiliate link”, “#affiliate” and “#ad” (§8).
- Paid search and look-alike accounts. No bidding on Frontier Aminos trademarks in paid-search ads without written approval, and no confusingly similar domains or social-media accounts (§9).
- Prohibited activity. No self-referrals made to generate commission, fake orders, clicks or accounts, cookie stuffing, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorized rebates, cash-back or invented discounts, or interference with another partner’s attribution (§9).

Labs, research organizations, educators and publishers whose audience is professional or scientific. Frontier Aminos states that it looks for a real channel and accurate research-use framing, and that audience size matters less than how a partner talks about the work. How does Frontier Aminos track a referral?
