15% of the order subtotal (before discounts, tax and shipping) from the first order, rising with cumulative referred sales: 18% from $5,000 (Silver), 20% from $20,000 (Gold), 25% from $50,000 (Platinum), 30% from $100,000 (Diamond) and 35% from $200,000 (Elite); the rate never drops once earned, and every later order from a referred customer is commissioned at the current rate
