Formal Peptides' lab-results page publishes 15 Freedom Diagnostics certificates, each naming Formal Peptides as the client and reporting purity by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS and net content, for samples received on June 29 and July 13, 2026. Purity on the 15 runs from 99.47% to 99.99%.
Mark of Prof. Peptide looked up five of the certificates on Freedom Diagnostics' own site on November 3, 2026. Four matched Freedom's records, each naming Formal Peptides as the client: Retatrutide 20mg (lot 1710), Tirzepatide 20mg (lot 1410), KPV 10mg (lot “White Cap”) and Retatrutide 15mg (lot 900). The Retatrutide 15mg lot measured 12.64 mg against its 15 mg label, as printed on both the store's copy and Freedom's record.
The NAD+ 1000mg certificate on Formal Peptides' site (search code Form2606290627, printing a net content of 526.78 mg against its 1000 mg label) did not appear in Freedom Diagnostics' lookup. Asked about it, Freedom Diagnostics confirmed in writing on November 4, 2026 that the report is authentic and was provided by its laboratory. Each certificate's results are below.
