LU-SG1 is Semaglutide, and its listing publishes no CAS number at all. That mapping is confirmed to us first-hand rather than read off a certificate. One further product, MTP-31, is left as the store lists it, because nothing published about it decodes the name.
What earns Level Up a page is its testing record, which is the deepest of any vendor on this site. Level Up publishes certificates from two laboratories, Freedom Diagnostics and ILS Laboratories. The Freedom Diagnostics certificate we reviewed — lot LU-LC10.A, reported August 24, 2026 — goes well past the purity-and-identity core that most research-market certificates stop at. It reports purity at 99.85% by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS, and measured net peptide content; then it adds three panels almost nobody else in this market runs.
Bacterial endotoxin is tested to USP <85> and run in duplicate, with both determinations at or below 0.05 EU/mL. Microbial contamination is screened by PCR, which reported no detectable microbial DNA. Elemental impurities are measured by ICP-MS across arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. Those three panels answer what is in the vial besides the peptide — a different question from purity, and the one a purity figure alone cannot speak to.
No certificate count is given here. The figure this page used to carry counted the codes sharing the 4-character prefix “Leve” on Freedom Diagnostics’ shared index, and sampling that prefix returned two different client names — so the codes under it are not all this vendor’s, and the submission-date range derived from the same arithmetic is gone with it. Freedom Diagnostics prints no laboratory accreditation on these certificates, so none is claimed here.
The ILS Laboratories report for the Retatrutide line runs the same shape of panel and is the one linked above. On lot LU-R3102.28.2026, analysed June 22, 2026, it gives purity at 99.13% by HPLC against a 95% specification, net peptide content 10.3 mg against a 10 mg label, identity confirmed by chromatographic comparison with a reference standard, a fentanyl immunoassay screen at a 50 ng/mL cutoff reading not detected, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead all not detected by ICP-MS, sterility by PCR showing no growth, and endotoxin reported at or below 0.05 EU/mL. The certificate names a lab director and prints an access code, and that code checks out: on 2026-09-21 we entered JCR63Q8Z into ILS Laboratories’ own verification form and it returned the matching certificate. The check runs against the laboratory’s records, not against a file the vendor hosts.
