Documented reduction in senescent cell burden in skin and adipose tissue biopsies 11 days after treatment, along with reduction in SASP (senescence-associated secretory phenotype) markers in skin and plasma. The Hickson 2019 trial is the cleanest mechanistic evidence that the D+Q protocol actually clears senescent cells in living humans — supporting the senolytic-clearance hypothesis that drives the entire field.

The Serban 2016 meta-analysis is the cleanest cardiovascular-outcome summary for quercetin and supports the antihypertensive-adjunct use case in pre-hypertensive and mildly hypertensive populations.
