TRT Injection Calculator
One dose, one vial strength, one answer: the volume it comes to and the mark that volume reaches on a U-100 syringe. That mark measures a VOLUME, so it reads the same whether the syringe holds an oil-based ester or a reconstituted powder.

A dose and the concentration printed on the vial give the volume, and the mark that volume reaches on a syringe.
Read it off your own vial. The chips are the strengths Prof. Peptide has read on a label — cypionate is sold at both 100 and 200 mg/mL, so assuming one would put a reader holding the other out by a factor of two.
How the arithmetic works
- Volume (mL) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
- Syringe units = volume (mL) × 100, on a U-100 insulin syringe
The concentration is the figure printed on the vial — an oil-based ester arrives already dissolved at a fixed strength, so unlike a lyophilized peptide there is no water volume to add and no concentration to derive.
Worked examples
A 50 mg dose, at each of the two labelled cypionate strengths:
| Concentration | Volume | Syringe units |
|---|---|---|
| 200 mg/mL | 50 mg ÷ 200 mg/mL = 0.25 mL | 25 units |
| 100 mg/mL | 50 mg ÷ 100 mg/mL = 0.5 mL | 50 units |
The identical 50 mg dose reads as two different syringe marks — which is why this page asks for a concentration rather than assuming one. Enter either row into the calculator above and it returns the same figures.
What changes the answer
- Concentration. Cypionate is genuinely sold at both 100 mg/mL and 200 mg/mL; enanthate at 200 mg/mL. The specific vial’s own label is the only reliable source for this figure.
- Syringe calibration. Every unit figure assumes U-100 (100 units = 1 mL) — see the syringes and injection guide.
