Kovera Labs issues the current Sermorelin certificate (batch SER-010-MH-04, report KVR-2026-1526D4).
Mile High Compounds states that every new lot runs a 15-point panel at ISO 17025 accredited US labs: identity, purity, net content, 14-day sterility, endotoxins, lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, residual solvents, residual TFA, container closure integrity, water solubility, an adulterant screen, and variance across three sampled vials. Its COA library badges each batch with its own test count rather than a single figure — counts from 4× to 15× appear across the library — so the number a given lot carries depends on when it was tested.
