Fusion lists semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide as FUS-1 SM, FUS-2 TZ and FUS-3 RT. FUS-1 SM and FUS-2 TZ are identified by the CAS numbers printed on Fusion's own product pages (910463-68-2 and 2023788-19-2), both registry-verified. FUS-3 RT's printed CAS number and formula do not match retatrutide's registry values; it is listed as retatrutide on the strength of the same product line and Fusion's own description of a peptide engineered for triple receptor activity. Cagrilintide / FUS-1 SM is a 2.5mg/2.5mg vial of cagrilintide and semaglutide.
The blends, each from Fusion's own certificate or product text: KLOW is GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg (80mg), and its Vanguard certificate reports 48.9 mg, 10.2 mg, 10.44 mg and 9.98 mg. GLOW is GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 10mg (70mg); an 84mg GLOW is also listed. The BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend is sold as 6mg of each per vial, and a Vanguard certificate for its 10 mg/10 mg vial reports 11.11 mg and 10.89 mg; it is also sold as a topical gel at 500mcg of each per pump. CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin comes as 5mg & 5mg, 10mg & 10mg and 13mg & 13mg.
Four compounds are also sold as nasal-spray kits — Melanotan II, a blend of Melanotan I and Melanotan II, Selank and NAD+ — and a reconstitution solution and a vial case are listed alongside the compounds. Format is not a category of its own here: the sprays and the gel are the same compounds listed above in a different presentation.

Testing: Labs & Certificates of Analysis
Fusion publishes a certificate library at fusionpeptide.com/coa. Prof. Peptide counted 83 full-size certificate images there on October 21, 2026, revealed by per-product accordions; because some compounds carry a multi-page certificate, that counts images, not reports. Three laboratories are named on Fusion's certificates — Freedom Diagnostics, Vanguard Laboratory of Olympia, Washington and MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona — each named on the certificate images.
What the laboratory shows. Fusion's site carries 23 Freedom Diagnostics certificates, 8 on its /coa/ page and 15 on product pages. On October 21, 2026 Prof. Peptide matched every one at Freedom Diagnostics' own document store, with the same lot, dates and results as Fusion's copy. Freedom Diagnostics' records name the client as Fusion Testing Lab, Fusion Peptide's testing account, as confirmed to Prof. Peptide first-hand. The certificates report purity by HPLC-UV from 99.00% to 99.95%, identity by LC-MS and net content, and eight also report two endotoxin replicates, each a pass.
Fusion's /coa/ page says “ALL COAs are listed on this page as well as the product page for your product.” 15 of the 23 Freedom Diagnostics certificates are on product pages only.

Not in public searchTesamorelin 5 mg, lot FP25-0026 (Vanguard Laboratory V250407-12 002); GHRP-6 5 mg, lot FP25-0098 (Vanguard Laboratory V250710-16 008); Mazdutide 10 mg, lot FP25-0035 (Vanguard Laboratory V250515-16 002); Cagrilintide 10 mg, lot Red Cap (Vanguard Laboratory V250606-25 001); KLOW 80 mg, lot FP25-0113 (Vanguard Laboratory V250725-10 005); BPC-157/TB-500 10 mg/10 mg, lot Yellow Cap (Vanguard Laboratory V250606-25 007): not listed in Vanguard’s public search under the brand “Fusion Peptides”, “Fusion Peptide” or “Fusion” (checked October 21, 2026). Vanguard lets clients keep reports link-only or private, so absence from its public search says nothing either way about a report.
Two certificates were read in full on September 14, 2026: a Cagrilintide 10 mg report from Vanguard giving 99.00% ± 0.18% chromatographic purity by HPLC-UV/VIS, and a TB-500 report from MZ Biolabs giving 99.80% by HPLC-UV-MS on lot ULP-34005. Each figure is the certificate's own reported result, not a Prof. Peptide measurement. The Vanguard Cagrilintide document gives “Red Cap” in its “Lot Number” field, a cap color rather than a lot (the BPC-157 / TB-500 certificate reads “Yellow Cap”), so those certificates cannot be tied to a batch by their own identifier.
On October 14, 2026 Prof. Peptide looked up three certificates drawn at random from the library — Tesamorelin (lot FP25-0026), GHRP-6 5mg (lot FP25-0098) and Mazdutide 10mg (lot FP25-0035), each a Vanguard report addressed to Fusion Peptides — in Vanguard Laboratory's public search, and none is listed there under the vendor's name (re-checked October 21, 2026). Vanguard lets clients keep reports link-only or private: its own site lists four sharing choices for a report, “Public search”, “Link only”, “Password protected” and “Unpublished”.
Separately, Fusion's Terms publish a Product Quality Guarantee: the vendor states that a buyer may have a product tested at any HPLC-licensed facility and that, if the results are negative, it will refund the cost of the test plus the order total and shipping. All products are sold for laboratory research use only.
Payment and shipping
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, and orders are paid in full before processing and shipment. Fusion accepts major credit and debit cards plus select alternatives such as Zelle, Cash App and cryptocurrency, “or other processors as offered at checkout”, each subject to its own provider's rules, and card statements show the descriptor “Fusion Research Supplies USA”.
All purchases are final and returns are not accepted. A shipment arriving damaged may be replaced or refunded at Fusion's discretion, and Fusion is not liable for delays or delivery failures outside its control, including carrier issues, customs holds and lost packages. An order can be canceled for a refund before it ships, and damage in transit is reported to info@fusionpeptide.com within 3 business days of delivery, with the order number and photos of the package and product.
Customer service

Its hours are Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM MST and Saturday noon to 4PM MST, closed Sunday, and outside those hours the best route is the support email.
