How often is BPC-157 dosed?

No established human dosing protocol

BPC-157 is not FDA-approved and has no completed human dosing trial. The frequencies and amounts repeated across the research community — including named influencer protocols — are convention, not figures derived from a controlled study. This page reports that state honestly rather than presenting convention as an answer.

What the cited literature actually studied

Most of the cited BPC-157 literature is animal-model work examining mechanism and tissue repair, not a dosing schedule. Three small uncontrolled human reports exist. A knee-pain chart review (17 patients) reviewed injections into the knee, with no dose given in the abstract; 4 of the 16 reached received BPC-157 plus thymosin beta-4. A bladder-pain pilot (12 women) used one 10 mg injection procedure. An IV safety pilot (2 adults) gave 10 mg then 20 mg on consecutive days. None tested a dosing frequency; a registered Phase-1 oral trial has no published results.
